Hi Karen, nope, you didn't do anything wrong.  And trust me, if
something can get goofed up, I'm the one to do it!  Lol.  And
nothing is irreparable.  There's always, thank goodness, a reset
you can do, and Sendero Tech support is wonderful!  For that
matter, Humanware Tech Support is there too, if it's a
Braillenote issue, not a GPS issue.    Debby and Cleo
