Hello Kevin,
I asked this question to Mike yesterday, and he said that the password will be sent to those who have a sma or who have bought the upgrade as soon as they release the upgrade.
It is still not out yet.

Dear List.
I was trbleing to access the mysendercom and log into the
download section, which didn't work because it asked for a
password.  I was wondering where am I am able to find this
password that is requred to log into the site.  And when are we
able to start downloading the new maps and POI's.
