Yes, this is possible as of GPS 4.2.  R for Route Commands, M for
Management and D for Create Document from Route. It will prompt 
you
fto incldue Waypoitn Numbers and if you wish to have it Turns 
Only or
Details and where to save it to. It will then be saved as a text 
file.
