[gps-talkusers] city address matching

An difficulty came up yesterday while demonstrating the GPS at a California 
state NFB convention regarding address matching and I thought some of you may 
not be familiar with the problem and solution.

The example was an address look-up for the city of Laguna in California. The 
first time you search on Laguna, you come up with 7 city names, all starting 
with the word Laguna but only one that says Laguna. Choose Laguna and complete 
the rest of the fields.

Now another person asks for an address in Laguna Hills, which was one of the 7 
original Laguna matches found. You press Chord S and California is taken as the 
default state field and then Laguna is presented as the default City field. If 
you type in Laguna Hills, it will say city not found. Strange, you say, because 
you just saw Laguna Hills in the list from the last search. If you type in 
Laguna at this point, it just says Laguna chosen and moves on to the next 
field. 

Come to think of it, instead of telling you the answer, I'll ask you, what is 
the work around? How do you find Laguna Hills in this situation?
