[gps-talkusers] can someone here explain to me about user points?

Well, I know somehow people have been entering user public points of interest and for the first time I looked at the list for Morristown New Jersey as I will be going to their reunion for the Seeing Eye. Okay, so how does one enter a public user point? Also found out no user public points have been entered at all in my area, Cape Cod. Cities are listed as streets and our main city Hyannis, doesn't appear on the list of cities for Massachusetts. on the map so difficult around here. How do I get this corrected by Teleatlas? Also can someone help me update determine if I am entitled to another update. I have had my machine for two years, and no update because I don't know how. I still have 4.03 and need somebody to help me with it. Before doing this, however, could somebody do me a huge favor and tell me if there are any other user points listed for Morristown besides the thirty-eight I have for this card? Also on this card in the newer versions? my hotel doesn't seem to be listed and need to find out if newer versions list the Hyatt there. , Anyone with these answers please contact me...Thanks.
