Sorry, it is my understanding the limit to downloading a file is subject to
the server.  We have attempted to send map files in the past and have not
been able to.

I'm in Corvallis and it seems that he is in Portland. it's about 2 hour
driving from here to Portland. Is there another way around it to download
the map file? Even if it's possible to put it in a site for couple of hours
till I download it. I have high speed connection. 
Anyway, thanks for all the suggestions, I'm leaving after a week.

  The Oregon maps are over 100 mb, too large to download.
  Since I was in the same situation last September in New York, I know the
only solution is to find someone locally who has the maps.
  I suggest you contact Frank Synoground at the OR Commission for the Blind
and see if you can copy the maps from his cds.  I think the number there is
503 731-3218.
