I'm in Corvallis and it seems that he is in Portland. it's about 2 hour driving
from here to Portland. Is there another way around it to download the map file?
Even if it's possible to put it in a site for couple of hours till I download
it. I have high speed connection.
Anyway, thanks for all the suggestions, I'm leaving after a week.
Regards,
Dr.KAAK

The Oregon maps are over 100 mb, too large to download.
Since I was in the same situation last September in New York, I know the only
solution is to find someone locally who has the maps.
I suggest you contact Frank Synoground at the OR Commission for the Blind and
see if you can copy the maps from his cds. I think the number there is 503
731-3218.
