[gps-talkusers] Re: answering multiple questions

I over looked the sub directories. *grin* I've read the manual twice,
along with commands summary and listened to your tutorial, but I'm still
lost. I can't seemed to memorize all of the commands and I'm having
trouble in virtual mode just trying to look around. I also am trying to
figure out how to set my address as POI by using the s cord. I also want
to know how you do the cord commands and others while using a dog.

You all should have noticed that I did not suggest that anyone do
something as logical as reading the user's manual, only the tutorial.
Read the manual, what a thought!

The Earthmate receiver can go directly on the cradle but that is not
the way most BrailleNote GPS users would configure it. We ship the
Earthmate serial unit already connected. This means you have the
receiver with a 3 foot extension cable to the battery cradle and then
a 1-foot cable from the cradle to the BrailleNote.

I think we will avoid the sub directories on the compact flash card
for the documentation. Although this is the most logical way to
organize the documents, it is quite common for people to overlook the
sub directories.
