[gps-talkusers] announcing second Free GPS winner

We are pleased to announce that the second winner of a Free GPS from our 
ongoing drawing is Hope Paulos, a student from the University of Maine. 

For every 100 entries in this drawing, we will draw a winner for a Free GPS. 
Participants in this drawing must have a working, reasonably up to date
