[gps-talkusers] announcing first Free GPS winner

We are pleased to announce that the first winner of a Free GPS from our ongoing 
drawing is the West Virginia School for the Blind. 

For every 100 entries in this drawing, we will draw a winner for a Free GPS. 
Participants in this drawing must have a working, reasonably up to date 
BrailleNote or VoiceNote. If you or someone you know hasn't yet entered, see

We already have nearly 300 entries so we will announce another winner or two 
quite soon. All entries (other than the winners) are still in the hat so stay
