Hi Donna,
Well one thing to easily check is just press enter with no street
name to get all streets for that city if it comes back empty then you
probably are missing files.
Assuming you are using the West Virginia
you should have
West_Virginia.cty
West_Virginia-40.tmb
West_Virginia-40.str
West_Virginia-40.rmf
and then potentially other bpi files for the POIs.
If you have those files and you are not getting the streets first try
downloading and unzipping them again, and if that fails please post
the exact city you are searching for and we can figure out what is going on.
Charles.

Hello everyone, We are still very new at working with our GPS at the
West Virginia School for the Blind. We are having trouble with the
address lookup feature. We are able to enter a city name or choose
from the list, but we are unable to get street names. Every street
name we enter in any city comes up with a message something like "no
street with that name exists". Are we missing something in
downloads or are we doing something wrong like using incorrect
commands? Thanks for any help. Donna
