And, much as I love the GPS system, I'm still longing for the day when we
see better instruction for roudabouts (which drivers normally have in the
UK) and post codes, where a number of the systems for drivers also score.
In truth, I don't feel very confident instructing a driver because of the
rather long instructions for roundabouts so had to confine myself to using
the GPS only to get about myself and to find routes.
Yes, I agree, alternative routes would also be nice. (Wouldn't it be great
if we were told how many routes we could take and the distance in each case,
and any other relative information we chose to be given before we got the
route instructions.)
Anyway, that's all in my "Wish List" for the moment.
I am sure all of you at Sendero continue to work very hard indeed with many
constraints in time and maybe finances too; but I do hope you can address
some of these issues soon so that we can continue to use the leading GPS
system not just for the blind but, well, for all! <Smiles>
