Doug and others,
There are really two issues, one is funding and the other is total
access. Just because some mainstream PDAs can run text to speech and
a screen reader, this does not mean that all applications will be
completely accessible. Since a map is graphical, it is not trivial to
get maps to speak on any device.

Thanks, It's good to know that the thought is being tossed around. I would love to see this software run on something less expensive than the Humanware line of products. I guess the funding is always a problem.
