Hi Leslie,
I just checked your account and it looks like you have access to the 5.03 and have 2008 USA maps.
So if you log into your account you will have access to the following links and software 


GPS 5.03 Software (mPower) (1.74 MB)

GPS 5.03 Software (PK) (1.69 MB)

Uninstaller for GPS Software (mPower and PK) (9.5 KB)

GPS 5.0 Manuals and Audio Tutorial (45 MB)
GPS 5.0 PC Conversion Utilities. Converts 4.x and earlier user POIs and routes to GPS 5.0. (11.2 MB)
Download the uninstaller and after a 123 reset uninstall 4.22 by running that software. 
Then you can install the 5.03 software for you device.
You can also run the Conversion utilities if you want to convert old routes or old user pois to the new 5.0 format. That software is ran under windows. All the rest is ran from your BrailleNote.

Hi Leslie,
Going from 4.22 to 5.03 is a paid upgrade you can't just install 5.03
without purchasing and upgrade.  If you have done this then you would
want to uninstall 4.22 and then install the new 5.03.
