[gps-talkusers] Where is an instruction?

Mine is 4.22. I am going to update to 5.03 but I can not find the
instruction, How to.

I already copy the files from Sendero to my Win XP. I am planning to move
the files from PC to PK via ActiveSync.

I hope you have the instruction.
