Hi,
you will need to do a 1-2-3 reset on your pk.  Hold down 1 2 3 and c3
c4 at the same time.
keep dots 1-2-3 held down for around 15 seconds or so, after releasing
c3 c4.

once you do that, make sure navigation  is not on the main menu by
pressing n.  If you go into sendero GPS the reset was not
successfully. reset until you cannot go into navigation with the steps
above.

Once Navigation no longer is on the main menu insert your cf card
press U for utilities, I to install keysoft extension.
You will be offered the cf card, folder name just hit enter. for
extension name you should be offered gps 4.22.
Press enter to start the installation then follow the prompts.
Once the installation is complete  you'll need to do a simple reset.
that is just C3 C4.  and reactivate your bluetooth receiver.
