[gps-talkusers] Verbosity.

Doug,

We worked a lot in the last release to make the Braille messages better. We can 
certainly do more and plan to continue improvements in the next release. 
Besides abbreviating messages, I agree it would be nice to have verbosity 
levels. This is a much bigger undertaking as far as programming time. Certainly 
beginners need a lot more verbocity than advanced users. 

The approaching message could be eliminated or made an option. It only occurs 
when you have a route open. Otherwise, you just get the intersection 
announcement as we have discussed before.
