Hi Sharonda,
In most cases like this a standard reset should clear it up. Simply
press the reset button on the left side of your BrailleNote or c3 c4
on a PK. After this it will be necessary to re activate your
receiver. Turn the receiver on then go to options with a space o,
connectivity c, Bluetooth b. Your receiver should still be listed so
answer no for search for devices and down arrow to your receiver.
Press enter on it and select ActiveSync. Press a for activate
ActiveSync and you should be good to go.
Good luck,
Gil

Hi all,
I am in need of some help here. When I loaded my CF card this morning
to use my map, my mPower siad "Sendero 3.5 mPower. The license is not
valid. You are not licensed to use the software." What does this mean?
I know I have a full license. What should I do?
Thanks so much for the answers.
Sharonda
