Yes, I tried them but it was in a pretty noisy environment. They
claim to have better noise canceling versus the Oakley but I won't
know until I try them. They said they would send me a pair to test.
Instead of having the swivel earpiece like the Oakley, the Trispecs
have an earbud with retractable cable. So, when you aren't using the
earbud, it sucks back into the frame so you can hardly tell they are
bluetooth sunglasses. They also come in a variety of colors in styles
where the Oakley has just the one. I think they are a similar price.
On the topic of bluetooth devices, we honored the BlueAnt earpiece
because of its innovative audio coaching built into the earpiece. It
has voice input and output. For example, when you first turn it on,
it gives you audio pointers of how to pair it. You press a button and
Say, What can I say? and it gives you an audio list of commands you
can give it. It is also a very light earpiece which I could wear for
8 hours and not have it bother me.

Anybody get a look at these at last week's CES? They are audio sunglasses
capable of playing stereo music as well as having a built-in noise-cancelling
function and blue-tooth capability.
Here is the manufacturer's description...
A device capable of switching between voice communication and stereo music
with the push of a button. Blending designer sunglasses, stereo headphones,
and
Bluetooth headset functionality, TriSpecs are the hottest way to connect to
mobile phones and music players. TriSpecs engineering allows you to switch
between boice communication, with unsurpassed noise elimination technology,
and stereo sound for a great music experience, using button controls on the
glasses.
I have no idea of pricing or if it will work with any of the GPS hardware.
