Are you sure it is spelt O r l e a n s, not O r l e a n?  Just want to ensu=
re we have the right spelling here!  If you mean Orleans, then, that is a t=
own in southeastcentral France with an e acute on the e of that name, prono=
unced as or-lay-ahn.  In French it is written like this Orl=E9ans.  As for =
the streets without lights, that is the same in southern Massachusetts.  I =
lived there, and it was sometimes difficult for some people to find (locate=
) the house I lived!  So, I understand what you mean by "horrible".  Smile.=
