Ann, you could go to

http://www.geocode.com

and set up a trial account,

or you could do a search on Google for sites that let you look up zip code, 
latitude and longitude and visit one of them and key in her zip code, get 
the coordinates for that zip code, and then key them into your 
GPS.  Actually, I think wayhoo.com or something like that will let you do that.
