I think that you are referring to a special program that Verizon has for
the blind, which consists of their implementation of Talx with the Moto
Q at a reduced price.  It is my understanding that this is an OEM
version of Talx. What I was referring to was the standard, full priced
version of Talx, which is an option if you want to pay the extra money,
and not have Verizon involved.

it's my understanding that it only works on one phone, and you can only
get it from Verizon.
