Al,
You will not increase accuracy. You just make the warning time to a point
potentially closer to the actual point. You may also make it so the point
doesn't trigger.
Increasing accuracy has to do with map data quality and GPS quality. Both
vary from place to place and it is up to those industries to improve over time.
