What I am really trying to say is that the product is grate but with out
good grasp of information rendering  techniques a user will not get all =
the
benefit of the product. This is why I think you should keep posting and
documenting these situations. Good job and keep it up:

Situation 3

I am headed for the Crystalwood Lodge in Klamath Falls Oregon. The =
address=20
is on Westside Road. The proprietor told me it was one word. I want to =
set=20
it as my destination but nothing comes up when I enter Westside as one =
word=20
or as two words in the Address street field, nor is it in the POI list.

Question 3: What other techniques can I employ to find the Crystalwood
Lodge?

Answer 3:
Search for other terms starting with the word Crystal. I found Crystal=20
Springs and set it as my Virtual position. Then, I explored nearby =
streets=20
and found W Side Rd. They used the letter W for West and Side was a=20
separate word. The spring was near the lodge. Now that I knew how to =
enter=20
the street name, I could put in an address and pinpoint my destination.
