I have attempted to use a 2GB SD card with the GPS and have had very
discouraging results. This has been reported to Humanware and is under
investigation. I have used the 1GB SD card with no problems. The mPower
user guide states that the SD card is supported up to 1 GB.
You may want to check with Humanware before purchasing a 2GB SD card.

Subject: [gps-talkusers] Sd cards?
Hi. I have a quick question. Can the GPS maps be stored on a sd card for
the braille note mpower? I see 2 gb sd cards are available now and am
considering this as an option for storing gps maps. Also, do sd cards
require less power than cf cards or are they about the same. Trying to
extend battery life as much as possible.
