If it is a commercial poi, such as what was provided with the maps from
sendero, you can not change the name. you can only change names of poi's
that you created known as user poi's.

My question is, while I'm riding in a car, I see a POI. It has a name,
but the name has since changed. Can I rename the POI with the current
name of the place? if so, how?
