Thanks for the info... Myself also a BrailleNote GPS user. I also familiar
those products you've mentioned. And I'm wondering are there any GPS
software people can use with their laptop.
It may not be the ideal way for using this solution (laptop and GPS) while
walking, but it may be a preferable solution if travel by car. Since it can
benefic both sighted and visually impaired parties.

Danny,
Well, I don't know of anyone who would opt for using a GPS on a laptop
versus a handheld more compact device. I know that when I purchased my
laptop there was the ability to add on as an additional feature a GPS, but
not sure if it is remotely accessible.
