OK, I will send you that tomorrow, but that still doesn't explain the error
message I am getting from time to time. Should I completely uninstall the gps
and reinstall? Can you give me the steps on how to do that?

I will need your lat/lon so I can test this internally incase there is
something specific with your area. Please send us your information privately
and we will investigate what could be the problem.

I did not uninstall the old program. Should I have done that? And yes, this
is on an apex.

I downloaded the file twice and reinstalled it twice. What do I do now?

    Hello Gian,

It sounds like either you have a corrupt download or corrupt maps. I would
guess probably the program didn't fully install. I assume you uninstalled the
old program then installed the new software correctly. Is this on an Apex or
an mpower or PK? We haven't got any crashes so something didn't get set up
correctly that's for sure.

    Thanks.

    Hi all,

I am getting an error message when I do a space with X in V2011. The
message reads as follows:

"exception command: 399 at 25500. access violation reading 1448"

This doesn't always happen, but when I am in a route I can usually
reproduce this. Also, some of my streets and highways seam to be unnamed. For
example, the Bronx River Parkway the gps says unnamed. When I bring up a list
of streets in the Bronx, the Bronx River Parkway is not in the list.

I am using an Apex with Keysoft 9.1.

I spoke to Chris earlier and already tried a 456 Reset and then reinstalled
the gps2011 and redownloaded all of the data with no luck. Charles, are you
out there? Tech support is closed.

    Can anyone help?
