Hello Sharonda,
a 123 or SDF reset will stop the GPS from loading, so that you can
install a new copy or patch an existing copy. If GPS is running when
we try to upgrade or update the files will be in use and you will be
unsuccessful in installing overtop of the already running
program. The only way to prevent that from happening is to do the
123 / sdf reset.
So after you update GPS, then you must do a normal reset to allow
Keysoft to load GPS and you will once again get your Navigation in
the main menu.
So just hit reset and all will be fixed.
Enjoy
Charles.

However, the Holux is again paired and active. How can I get my
Navigation menu back?
I'm sorry for all the questions. Thanks for your help.

I did the reset and couldn't get it to work. Then I tried a 1-2-3 reset, and now the entire sendero is gone from my BrailleNote. However, the Holux is again paired and active. How can I get my Navigation menu back? I'm sorry for all the questions. Thanks for your help.
