[gps-talkusers] Problem installing gps 3.3

I received my new upgrade of the gps software and tried installing it on my
mpower but it didn't work.  I called sendero's tech support and tried to
work though the problem but had no success.  He told me to request that the
office create a new file for me.  Is this anything that can be done over the
weekend or do I have to wait until Monday?  I can provide any information
necessary if need be.  Thanks.
