Hello Todd,

As I am the engineer and not in sales, I do not respond to questions 
regarding sales and marketing.

As for how the system works I can tell you how I implemented a feature but 
for real world examples Mike, Carl, or Gil are much more qualified to 
answer these questions since they use the product on a daily basis.
