[gps-talkusers] PK no longer frozen, somewhere in new york city

Thanks for the suggestion.  I tried it and it worked for me.
I did not see the C4 C1 combination listed in the mannual.
I saw the C3 C4 by itself, another reset with dots 1 2 3, and another reset
with dots 4 5 6.
