Feel free to call Sendero to coach you through this. It is a pretty stiff back to remove the first couple times. A little twisting and rocking action helps.

There is already a battery in the unit so you shouldn't have to take the back off.

here is my delema.

I am finally getting around to instaling my GPS on the Braille Note. Family obligations, ok more like to much holiday spirit, have kept me from doing this.

I have been attempting to open the back of the reciever to put the battery in to charge.

i can't get the back of it off. It sticks. if I pull/press any harder, i am sure it will break.

from what I can tell, their are to pins on the side that are trapping the movement.

Any suggestions?
