Hi Shellie,

Doesn't surprise me.  I had one before I could get mine.  they want to
know if you can travel well without the GPS because it is only an
orientation tool, not a mobility tool.  They probably also want to
know if you can understand the concepts and so on.  Good luck.  I'm
sure you'll do just fine!
