Paul,

Yes, to perform an Advance POI Find, it is CTRL with F on the QT. I believe
that it was changed to READ with F in 4.0 but not for
certain of the QT commands.

I was not able to find the World Cruise Center in San Pedro and it looks like
from snooping around that the only way it is possible
to explore around the World Cruise Center is to perform an Address Lookup. To
read a more detailed explanation on the World Cruise
Center issue and the San Pedro issue, see my previous message that is mixed
into this ongoing thread.

What version of GPS are you running?

Thanks,

Kevin

I couldn't even find my grandmother's house in San Francisco and she has
lived there for 40 years. There was no edinburgh. I don't know how to do an
advanced poi search, just the control F one where it asks for the starting
point and ending point, and the name.
See if you can find the world cruise center.
I couldn't.

A similar thing happens if you are in Centennial Colorado. It's like the
maps do not know that Centennial exists. If you navigate to a place in
Centennial, the map shows South Glenn area, Littleton, or Greenwood
area. So, you have to search for a business or POI in Centennial, Co for
the search of an item to be successful, then you can check the city
location and then, you can do an address based on using the city given.
Not the best, but for now, it's a work-around.
