I couldn't even find my grandmother's house in San Francisco and she has
lived there for 40 years. There was no edinburgh. I don't know how to do an
advanced poi search, just the control F one where it asks for the starting
point and ending point, and the name.
See if you can find the world cruise center.

A similar thing happens if you are in Centennial Colorado. It's like the
maps do not know that Centennial exists. If you navigate to a place in
Centennial, the map shows South Glenn area, Littleton, or Greenwood
area. So, you have to search for a business or POI in Centennial, Co for
the search of an item to be successful, then you can check the city
location and then, you can do an address based on using the city given.
Not the best, but for now, it's a work-around.
