Yes, I have that program. It has nothing to do with GPS. They use the
cells to triangulate your position. The accuracy can range from a few
undred yards to a mile or more. People use it for things like
announcing your train stop, especially if two stops are not too close
together. I don't find it useful but it is interesting to play with.
