Hello, Mike,
As that reviewer said himself, 400 pages on a scanner seems a bit much. I
could do it because I have nothing but spare time, then distribute it for
free to the listers, but probably someone would gripe about not paying the
author. If someone here would say that books are free to blind people, then
it would be OK.

There is always the option of a scanner. I don't know anything about this
book. The topic seemed like one listers might want to check out.
