Mike, 

In the UK the maps, pois and software come installed on the flash card.
You run the program from the storage card to install it.  The map folder
has sub folders for each map.

The main point is that all the UK map files you want to use need to be
in 
the target folder. By default, the program looks for a folder called
Maps. 
Put the files from the CD in the Maps folder. Do not use sub folders
within 
the map folder, just put the map files there.

When we ship the GPS to customers in the U.S., the files are put in the
map 
folder already. I take it that you have received your CF card without 
anything loaded. Is that correct?
