[gps-talkusers] Latest User POIs are posted

I have u8pdated 3 of the user zip files on the Sendero download page. The North 
America file, the International file and the Europe file. Note that the Mexico 
user points are in the North America file as you would expect. I just noticed 
that another Mexico city file is in the International zip file. I'll fix that 
next month. Lots of user points at some of the popular Mexican tourist 
locations.
