I don't like to be negative about the GPS but the GPS system help you to get
there but not to be your eye while you are walking around, so it is
important for use to use your mobility skill to do the actual work for you
and use your GPS to help you to know where your surrounding is. Yes it would
be great it would work perfect but it will be a long while before we see
this. Jerry

We did a lot of testing before coming up with 50 feet as a reliable Arrival Distance. At 100 feet, too many things trigger prematureally and at 25 feet, you can miss things. Keep in mind that the middle of the intersection is the relevant point and that can be 50 feet from the corner in a large intersection.

Even ten feet is less than the accuracy limit for the receiver. That may be causing you a problem, confusing the system. Try setting it at one hundred feet. If it works better, then try reducing the distance a little to find out what the system limitations are. Think of the minimum distance of desirable operation to be something like the event horizon of a black hole.
Inside the event horizon, the laws of physics and perspective may change drastically. For instance, the intersection that you know is more than ten blocks away may suddenly appear right next to you. If you step in, you will be instantly transported that ten blocks, but will also at the same time be in a kind of twilight zone, where everything is very close, but just out of reach.
Dick, permanently in his own twilight zone

Hi, I keep getting intersections trigger way to soon way before they even appear. I've tried increasing my arrival distance but I can't find one that works. Any suggestions? I've tried 3 FT, 5 FT, 8 FT, 10 FT. What do you guys have yours set on?
