You must do the three finger reset in the prescribed way. If you don't,
you will get the message you mentioned.
Hold down the dots 123 or SDF and keep holding them wile you press and
release the Reset button. After about ten seconds, you will hear a chime
and you can let them up.
Then you can proceed with the installation.

gpstalkobjs.pll. The process cannot access the file because it is being

It doesn't appear to be already installed as there is no GPS option in the
BrailleNote menu structure.
