Hi,
the easiest way to record points is to be standing at the spot you wish
to record the point.
it is a good idea to have the best fix you possibly can.  Check your gps
status with a "G" command before recording the point.  
Record the point by pressing Control-R on a qt or space dot 3 on a BT
keyboard.  Give it a name that is meaningful to you, perhaps the name
of the building and press enter.
the point of interest is done.  If you want to create a manual route
