Sarai,
There is a railway station category, bus stop and bus station. There
isn't necessarily something in those categories in all areas.
There is a transportation file under the User download, which has bus
stops for Charlotte NC and Portland Oregon.

There is a user POI category in the list. If you search for All
categories, User POIs will be found. Or, you can select the User
category individually if you only want to search for User points. You
cannot categorize user points when you record them.
