Leslie,
If you are running the latest 4.2, you will want to follow the below
instructions:
1. With in the Navigation program
2. Press O for GPS Options
3. SPACE down until, "Restore to Factory Defaults" appears, or just press R to
just jump directly there.
4. You will confirm that you want to Restore to Factory Defaults by pressing Y
for Yes.
For versions prior to 4.2, just perform a 456/JKL Reset and it will do the same
trick, except it will clear all Bluetooth settings
with it.
