Unfortunately no.
Sendero licenses the maps from TeleAtlas then we transform that raw data 
into a highly compressed map format called "Richmap" which we license from 
Telcontar.  Then we run the Richmaps maps through another process which 
generates the city and street indexes for address lookup capabilities.  The 
Richmap engine provides us with not only the ability to look up street 
addresses and names based on a lat/lon but also the ability to create routes.
