Hello,
What you are seeing is known as GPS drift.
very seldom does it say your 1 foot or 3 feet from the poi even if you
are standing still.
your position fluctuates normally within 30 feet, sometimes more
sometimes less.
I think Kevin answered this question quite nicely on the BN list.
What you are seeing is normal.
