Hi all 

Even if you know it's a cop and he's on your side you're still not safe! 

A few years ago I was travelling alone in Holland. I was offered assistance by 
a cop and asked to take his elbow so I could follow him. I reached out and 
touched the butt of his gun by mistake - the reaction was lightning fast - and 
then very embarrassed!
