If Wayfinder is not available, try Loadstone. It is free and the ability to
record points of interest can be very useful while you wait for a more complete
product in your area.

Well, over the past while a friend and I have been developing a GPS
application called Loadstone GPS that does indeed work very well with
Talks. Best of all, it's free!
Admittedly it may not suit everyone's needs but it does work pretty well
for people who have tested it so far and since it doesn't cost anything,
what have you got to lose!
