[gps-talkusers] Re: GPS users in Massachusetts

Mr. Lazzaro,
Thank you for your offer to provide information. I live a very long distance away, so a phone call is just too expensive. In your opinion, which are the GPS systems that cause the least amount of grief for users? I do not have a BN or a PK, but I do have an old IBM 390E laptop that works well enough. I can run either Windows 98 or Windows ME on it. I want to get a GPS system, receiver and mapping software that will not break my meagre bank account.

Thank you

I work for the Mass. Commission for the Blind in the Technology
department. We've been testing and deploying GPS systems for a couple of
years now, and would be happy to discuss the various packages we have
experience with. Feel free to give me a call at 617-626-7575. If you are
unable to reach me directly, please leave a voicemail, and I'll return
your call.

Joe Lazzaro

Good morning,

Are there any GPS users in Massachusetts that wouldn't mind a phone call

from me to see or hear what the MA maps sound like?

Please reply directly to my address below.

Thank you and have a great day,
